Nishant Prakash, renowned as the “Super 30 of Law Entrances in India,” is a corporate lawyer-turned-educationist dedicated to legal education for 14 years. A B.A.L.L.B (Hons) graduate from NLU Raipur, he has worked with top law firms like Luthra & Luthra and legal luminaries Ram Jethmalani & KK Venugopal. Specializing in Intellectual Property Rights, Insurance, and Trade Law, he has authored over 40 national and international publications in reputed legal journals. His works have earned recognition from IIT Kanpur and the Ministry of Human Resource Development. Appointed by NITI Aayog, he played a key role in Transforming Legal Education in India. Additionally, he is a member of a high-level committee implementing NEP 2020 in Assam, contributing significantly to national legal education reforms. His expertise, authorship, and commitment make him a key figure in shaping India’s legal education landscape.
